What you might be surprised to know: Marcie's a not-quite-reformed beach bum who heads to Hawaii whenever possible. If she had an entire year off, she swears she'd use it to run sunset cruises off the coast of Kauai.

Joanna Curtis Director, Relationship Marketing

Joanna began her career in Interactive 13 years ago and currently directs all CRM and Analytics initiatives for OGM'S clients. She has gained significant CRM and Analytics expertise over the past 6 years through hands-on experience with PowerBar, Nestlé Infant Nutrition, Juicy Juice, Avery Dennison, Purina ONE and several other brands. Prior to OGM, Joanna worked at Siegel & Gale and Zentropy Partners with top-flight brands such as Neutrogena, Jiffy Lube, Warner Bros. Entertainment and MGM Studios. Joanna graduated from Brown University with a B.A. degree.

What you might know: Joanna's wicked smart (true to her Massachusetts background), compassionate and caring. She's also a Diet Coke addict who once had to be carried onto a plane by her colleagues after consuming too many in one day.

What you might be surprised to know: In 2002, OGM's Palos Verdes offices had to be evacuated due to brush fires. Joanna recalls standing in the lobby while a crowd milled around outside. Suddenly, a helicopter flew by and dumped 100 gallons of water, dousing everyone who didn't have a roof over their heads. Joanna asks: "Is it wrong that I laughed?"

Pamela Kasdan Director, Client Services

Pamela carries over 9 years experience in the interactive space. Before joining OGM, she was responsible for launching several successful web initiatives, including Sony's Movielink and Icebox.com, an entertainment site founded by the producers of the Simpsons and X-Files. Patrick graduated from South Bank University in London and also completed the Executive Program in Advanced Business Strategy at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.

What you might know: Our hero! Patrick is a principled, savvy and passionate leader. His dry, British sense of humor is legendary-as is his love for the odd prank.

What you might be surprised to know: This huge soccer fan (Manchester United!) owns a farm with his family in County Kerry, Ireland. The old stone farmhouse on the property was built in the late-1800's by his great-great grandfather, and if Patrick weren't running an interactive agency, he'd renovate it and introduce his three daughters to their true Irish heritage.
